How to play the goalkeeper game
Before each shot, choose which way you will dive: high or low, left, centre or right. Tap a square on the goal or use the arrow keys. The shot comes on its own after a few seconds, so decide quickly.
When the ball leaves the spot, press the Dive button (or Space, or tap the goal) at the moment it reaches the line. Dive too early and you have already left your spot; too late and the ball is in before you get there. Only the right corner, at the right time, counts as a save.
Every goal you concede costs one of your five lives. You get ten shots per round, and the next round brings faster shots and feints, where the ball pretends to go one way and changes at the last moment. Chain saves to beat your record.

How do you save a penalty on your own?
There is no sure side: watch the kicker's run-up and make your best guess. The choice is locked before the shot, so trust your read. When the ball is struck, your dive has to land the moment it reaches the goal.
Why does my keeper always arrive too late?
You pressed dive after the ball had already crossed the line. The keeper needs a fraction of a second to reach the corner, so start the dive a little before the ball arrives.
How does the save record work?
The record is the longest run of consecutive saves you have made. A goal resets the current streak, but your best run stays saved in this browser.
