How to play the times tables game
Pick the tables you want to practise by tapping the numbers from 2 to 12. The levels come with a ready-made selection: easy (2, 5 and 10), medium (2 to 9) and hard (2 to 12).
Each question has a timer bar. You get 10 seconds on easy, 7 on medium and 5 on hard. Pick the right answer out of the 4 choices before the bar runs out. If time runs out, it counts as a miss and the answer is shown.
At the end of each round of 10 questions, the table you practised gets a percentage score. The squares from 2 to 12 fill up with your best result for each table, so you can see what still needs learning.

What age is this times tables game for?
It is usually suited to children from about 7 or 8, when they start learning their times tables at school. If they are just beginning, the easy level with the 2, 5 and 10 tables is a good starting point.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. There are no ads, no links to other websites, no purchases, no sign-up and no data collection. Progress is only saved in the browser on your device.
Can I turn the sound off?
Yes. The sound button switches the right and wrong sound effects on and off. Your choice is saved in the browser, so you will not need to turn it off again next time.
